Thanks for visiting my website. I appreciate your interest in my company and the opportunity to tell you about my background and experience. After many years of high-level leadership for top companies I decided it was time to start my own company. I have thirty (30) years of experience in the corporate world as a top performer. For more details on my background please read my bio below.
My Story
From a very young age I began working in the Real Estate industry and Property Management field. I worked with the largest and top performing companies in the country. I was a Property Manager and General Manager overseeing high-end apartment communities and high rises in the Atlanta area for over 20 years. I moved up the corporate ladder very quickly. I managed brand new luxury properties while leading large staffs. I won awards as a top performer in the nation. Later, I obtained my Real Estate license as a Community Association Manager and my Real Estate Sales license. I worked with developers managing a portfolio of twenty-seven (27) brand-new subdivisions. I also served as the Director of Operations and managed a large property management company with over 400 single family rental homes for Keller Williams in Atlanta. Once we moved from Atlanta, Georgia to Amelia Island, Florida I joined Omni Hotels & Resorts where I served as the Director for Omni's vacation rental homes program. After many clients pursued me to start my own company, I opened my own Real Estate Brokerage and Property Managment company. Aside from managing vacation rentals I also offer short- and long-term leases and real estate sales of properties. I am thankful for my years in the corporate world that provided valuable training in leadership, sales, marketing, accounting, and customer service.
My husband, Charlie, and I have three successful and talented adult children. Charlie is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) for a national accounting firm. As empty nesters we decided to move to the beach and we love living at Amelia Island. I attended the University of Georgia along with two of our children, so of course we are Georgia Bulldog fans for life. I enjoy volunteering and hosting events. We have two beagles that we enjoy taking for walks on the beach. We enjoy the outdoors and we have a retro camper we take on camping trips to explore the Florida Springs and coastal towns. Our hobbies include traveling, kayaking, dancing, and hiking. We now have our first grandchild, and we are thrilled to be grandparents.
